Complaint for non-receipt of refund from Go Ibibo

My sister was scheduled to travel to Fukuoka on April 1st of 2020 which automatically got cancelled due to India Lockdown and we immediately initiated cancellation process through GOIBIBO app. It was showing refund is under process for months and now all of a sudden it is showing the same flight as travelled.  Which means they have shown the flight as travelled so that we cannot initiate refund process. The flight automatically got cancelled due to India Lockdown and GOIBIBO should refund or add the money as Gocash in my account but nothing such happend.  They changing the flight status as Travelled is a clear FRAUD and we want refund from them as soon as possible.
