Complaint regarding damaged Somany ceramics

I purchase Somany ceramic product from Noida for my home. One of the product was damaged and on service call someone was visited my house and found that the product was damaged. So he said that “Please take this complaint receipt and talk with vendor. He will replace your product in one day.” Now I visited his showroom and he said ok I will replace your product in next 1 or 2 days as he don’t have in stock same product. But now its 30 days almost but he give same reply on call or not pick the call. Nobody give solution on this as I called on customer service 2 times but no one picked the call. Help me for this

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
