Complaint regarding Hathway Internet service

I have taken Hathway connection on feb 1st 2021 they install the modem on the same day but internet not coming hence approached the customer care no one approached as off now. I am trying to reach the person who took the connection and payment but he was not taking my calls and not sure whom we need to approach. I wrote email to hyd.nodal[@]hathway.net but no response. Now I would like to cancel the and return my payment. Please find my payment details.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket.
