Complaint regarding Hathway speed and service

My internet disconnects every now and then. My promised speed is 50 mbps i dont get even half last month may I dint get for 10 days and there is no response from hathway.

I need refund please calculate till date and refund my extra amount this is disgusting customer care is worst and when asked for esclation they say that supervisors are busy.

I was promised supervisor call backs but i dint get any.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
