Complaint regarding Hitachi AC service

I have purchased  an A.C. (Hitachi 1.5 TR 4 Star Inv.) from Breezewell Engineering, Shop No. G-72, Om Shree Appt. Gayatri Nagar, Nagpur- 440022,  on March 25, 2021 against the Invoice no. 20/302. (Details Attached).
After the installation of the A.C. water leakage from indoor unit occurred. When it get resolved there occur another problem of irritating  noise from the indoor unit. Ten complaints through telephone (on 07567884848) and four complaints through email have been registered, but even after  four times visit of their technician till date the problem has not been resolved. I have made the video of the problem and sent them, but it seems that they haven’t taken into consideration. My last telephonic complaint regarding the problem have been registered on May 15, 2021, which is still pending.
Even in my email dated April 27, 2021 I have complaint about the professional behavior of the technician, but it seems that they are indifferent towards it. They have again assigned him to deal the problem, who is unable to resolve it till day. Now they have stopped replying my emails.
I would like to bring in your kind attention that only once they have replied my email at very beginning regarding the complaints.  In my last email I have clearly stated, if they are not resolving the problem, I would be bound to take necessary action under my legal rights.
It is my earnest request to you to look into the matter and direct the concerned to replace with new & unused complete unit same model (Hitachi 1.5 TR 4 Star Inv.) and install without any type of charges.
