Complaint regarding no refund from Goibibo for cab service

I booked cab from Bangalore city to airport along with the flight ticket Bangalore to Ranchi. Earlier the flight time was 3.30 and my cab was booked at 12pm. But later on due to covid 19 restrictions my flight was modified by the airline and booked for a time of 10.30 am same day. Goibibo says my cab is secured if flight time changes but when I tried to reschedule, the app did not allow me to change. Moreover, when I called the customer care, they told it can be only changed from app and then can’t do anything.  When I asked for cancellation and refund, they told it is non refundable. I feel like cheated. I should get the service or my money back.
