I had applied for updation of Pan and the Pan card was updated on 25th July 2021. It was dispatched via Velex Courier on 26th July and the status on the Velex courier site shows that it has reached Ghaziabad Location on 31st July. It has been more than 20 days since then and I have not yet received the Pan Card. I tried submitting feedback online to them and also tried calling them on the number provided on their website but no response from their side.
I have seen so many people raising issues with Velex Courier and a document like Pan Card lying un delivered for so long is a big question on the applicant’s safety.
Please look into this matter urgently.

It was dispatched via Velex Courier on 04th Aug 21 and the status on the Velex courier site shows that it has Delivered on 11th Aug 21 On Molarband Extn Badarpur . It has been more than one Month and I have not yet received the Pan Card. I tried submitting feedback online to them and also tried calling them on the number provided on their website but no response from their side.
