Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Sagartrip

I had book a trip to mysore and ooty for 11000 at sagartrip.com on 12th june 2018, after paying half amount 5500 in there union bank account another person of there company called me and told that pakage is 20000 thousand instead of 11000 so i told them to cancel my booking and refund my money.till now no refund is done and they are not responding any email or call.

Complaint against MakeMyTrip for short payment of train ticket refund – Rs.1272/-: Mr. Thiyagarajan of Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu (thiyagarajan.t(at)gmail.com) had posted a complaint with us on 28-03-2010 for non-receipt of full refund from MakeMyTrip against cancellation of train ticket. Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
