Complaint regarding Redmi Note 3 repairs

I bough a redmi note 3 in june 2016 and MI protect for 1 year. In march 2017 i got my phone repaired from MI…In nov i again faced issues with the phone and i visited MI centre where they told me your device out of warranty and you will have to pay to get it fixed to which I agreed. But then opened my phone I was shocked to see MISSING PARTS from my phone. when i told them MI had repaired my phone in march they told me ,”MI does not repair phone.its third party from which one assist gets phone fixed. Now in month of JAN 2018 after causing mental agony to me MI is giving me 30% discount to cover up their failure which is not enough.. I want Mi to take back their phone and give me back my money as I bought this phone 1.5 yr back and for 1year it has been non functional
Also I want Compensation for the mental harassment and financial losses their company has caused by sleeping over my complain and causing intentional delay of my complain

    Almost same is my problem…
    I got it repaired from one assist…and there comes a damge when I get it returned….now they are not repairing the damage…
    Kindly guide me through….I have the same fear of getting some parts missing even
