I purchased the “SPRINGTEK Memory Foam Orthopaedic 4 inch Queen Bonded Foam Mattress” from flipkart on 2nd November 2022 by paying the amount of 8599 and Super coins 250 and the product got delivered on 10th November 2022 but when I received the product the quality of the product was worst so I raised the return request on 18th November 2022 and the product was picked up by Bluedart on 22nd November 2022 also seller confirmed that they received the product to back to ware house on 24th November(reference number which seller gave – IN22xxxxxxxxxxxxxx73). After that I didn’t get the refund till now I called multiple times to Flipkart and also with seller(Spring tek) always flip kart raise the ticket and close by its own without giving any resolution. Even now seller is not taking responsibility and talking rudely with me.
Attached are the complaints I raised with Flipkart which has been marked as solved without giving any updates on same.
