Complaint regarding refund from GTPL broadband

I was using GTPL broadband, and my plan was expired on 11 Dec 2022. I paid amount 6363.00 on 15 Dec 2022 for getting New GTPL plan mentioned below as suggested by GTPL executive( mobile number – 9xxxxx), who gave lots of false commitment. Another executive(91xxxxx1), who also misbehaved in call, and collected Router by trespassing my home without my permission.

I did not get connection till now after payment. I have not got refund and not got service.

I am requesting for refund since 1 week, I had raised first complain with GTPL on 15 Dec 2022, second complain on 18 Dec, 20 Dec, 21 Dec 2022 Till no executive has tried to reach me about this issue. I am not getting refund or service.

I am continuously calling service center but not getting proper answer about refund.

    Did you get Refunded. i have been struggling for 2 months now.
