I booked my flight ticket by travolook.in from Mumbai to Mangalore on 4th March,2021. I paid INR 2380 for my booking. Next day i received their mail saying that my booking is cancelled due to FARE EXPIRATION. Only one contact number is been provided everywhere which either they dont receive or they keep the call on waiting. Finally after 4 days they received my call and the staff said refund money will be initiated within next 5-7 working days or else pay INR 1,500 more and get your ticket booking done (I asked him for refund). Later, after several mails and calls i got there response saying that my patience has been appreciated and my refund will be generated in next 5-7 working days. Its been a month and i havent received my money yet. Please help me in getting my money back.
