I have purchased a phone from Samsung A30 26/07/19 after some time this had been dead during charging now company want 10100/- @50% total repair exp 20200/- and mobile cost 15039/- my mobile is under warranty but service center and company told customer mishandling because they want earn handsome money from customer. Disgusting mobile and poor service, I will never purchase and not to recommend to others, a lot of customer face bad experience with his A SERIES go through on Samsung wall a lot of complain against A series face lot of issue manufactring defect.
Very disappointed.
Kindly look into this issue and confirm ASAP.
