Complaint regarding Samsung Galaxy ZFold25G

Sir I Purchased Samsung Galaxy ZFold25G approx 5 months ago mobile is in under warranty cost of mobile is 1.50lac most premium phone of Samsung it has a manufacturing defect got line in display after 3 months I complained them many time but after lingering matter for 2 months they denied to replace or repair it under warranty Please Help

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
