Complaint regarding travel agency Chowdhury tourism

I have booked a Nainital and Corbett package with Chowdhury tourism IATA NO 14374135. The trip is on 14.10.2023. I have already paid Rs.5000/- on 31.08.2023 and Rs.15000/- on 01.09.2023. My mother 65 yrs of age will be traveling with me. So I had specifically requested one travel agent of the company to book all the rooms on the ground level or above ground level because my mother cannot walk down the stairs because of her age and fear of height. Now since last 2 weeks I am trying to contact him and he is not responding. Now another lady Mxxxxxi is calling me and asking me to make payments. But when I am raising my issues they are behaving rudely saying that make payment or cancel the trip. I had called up the hotels all the rooms are below the reception level. And the travel agent is doing nothing. I want to register my complaint against Chowdhury tourism for their misbehavior and unprofessionalism
