Received damaged product from Jiomart, no refund support

Damaged products and no refund by Jiomart. Value: 5000 rupees
I received a product from Jiomart on 23rd sep, 2023 and it was damaged. Hence i asked for return on 23rd sep itself. But inspite of 12 days, my product is not picked up and no refund initiated. On calling and mailing customer care, since 12 days they are fooling around that it will be addressed but they have not yet picked up product nor refunded my money. Customer care is just fooling around since 12 days.
