Complaint regarding validity of JIO booster pack

I bought the jio booster pack and wasn’t told that, at midnight, the regular daily limit of data gets activated and one can continue to use the booster pack Only and only if you finish even the second day’s data within the validity of the booster pack.
To explain more clearly, I bought the booster pack at 10:31 am yesterday which was supposedly valid for 24 hours. As by 11 pm, my booster pack still had 600 MB remaining, I continued to download a movie using this pack after midnight (at midnight the next days daily limit of data also gets activated)- assuming that the booster pack would get consumed first. Instead, I realised this morning that my daily limit of 1 GB had been exhausted and my booster packs validity had expired at 10:31 am today. I called Jio customer care who were extremely nonchalant and dismissive and urged me to purchase more packs from them. Completely useless service and the network is appalling and inconsistent.
