On 12-10-2019 i received call from 1 girls offering me data entry job in Nexon Enterprises, Aurangabad typing 10,000 captcha ( OTP ) with 90% accuracy in 10 days, payment 22,500/- ( 5,500 /- deducted for 1st ) time for registration charge, hence final salary 17,500/-
The agreement which i signed online & after registration which i received on mail pdf copy both are different. new agreement having my fake sign & lot penalty related terms & condition are added.
Now in typing job there are lot of technical barrier which are purposefully introduced for less accuracy, this technical problem when i communicate to there team they can’t respond well. In new contract there is one terms, if candidate not achieve 90% accuracy then 5,500/- penalty amount.
So i called them on 3rd day and ask them i am not interested to work further, they saying contract is 11 month hence you need to pay 15,500/-
They demanding money & threatening to send legal notice. i checked there agreement which is on Rs.100/- bond paper, only year mentioned 2018, Bond paper number which is in red colour not mentioned. Bond paper seems as photoshop or edited.
Please help me out
