I wanted to shift my household items from Delhi to Faizabad, U.P. Hence i enquired for the same. In order to that, i received quotation from State Cargo Packers and Movers along with other Packers and movers company. I received multiple quotations ranging from Rs. 8000-10000 for shifting my entire house hold items. I received the quotation of Rs.8000/- from State Cargo Packers and Movers to shifting my items from Delhi to Faizabad and it would be inclusive if all. I agreed on that point and they came to my Delhi house on 22nd oct, 2021 and started to pack and loaded each and every items. I was in discussion with Ms. Sxxxxi Mxxxxxa from State Cargo Packers and Movers for the same. After one day I received a call from her and telling me total amount of Rs.13500 which I need to pay now. I had already given Rs.6000 out of total Rs. 8000 which she gave quotation for earlier. Now she is asking extra money for delivering my household items to Faizabad. Also behaviour is completely unprofessional and harrasing me for not paying extra money. She clearly told me that it wouldn’t be delivered untill I pay full amount ( Rs.13,400) in advance.
