Complaint regarding services from Happy Easy Go online hotel booking site

I had paid Rs. 2880 for Hotel booking in GOA named “THE ORANGE HOUSE” on 15th October, 2021. However, when I called the hotel owner for confirmation on booking he totally refused to give any room and mentioned they dont take bookings from Happy Easy Go over call. I had discussed same with Happy easy go customer service over call again and again that owner is refused to allot any room and they told me to physically visit there and check. I had reached the hotel on 15th Evening with my wife. Owner was not there at the hotel however, there was one lady who belong to hotel and she also refused to give room under the booking of Happy Easy Go. Same thing we informed again to Customer Service of Happy Easy Go. They said to drop us email we dint get room and wanted them to refund money back. We had dropped the email and got response back mentioning raised your concern with concerned department.

However, from that time onwards, no one is responding to me on my multiple emails dropped to them to get my refund back. Even they have stopped picking my phone calls at customer service. I had went through multiple complaints posted over app store and google store. This Happy Easy Go app did the same thing of stealing money on behalf of hotel booking with multiple persons.

I request you to please help me in getting my refund back and make this company stop fooling people again and again.
