Insurance Amount debited by Kotak Bank without issuing policy

I received a call from Kotak Mahindra Bank executive regarding policy and activated the policy dated 31st July 2021 and the amount deducted from my saving account on the same day but  after that I requested to cancel such policy but still not any reply from Bank Side regarding the same. Then after i am request to bank If such a policy was issued then i am not getting any documents related to such policy or cancel policy then i am not getting any amount refund till date.
