I received a courier from my friend in thiruvannamalai through proffesional courier as a surprise. it contained few eatable items, watches and sunglasses. Later while talking to him I came to know that it also contained a mobile phone worth 12000 which was missing. After rechecking the packet I found that the pack was damaged.

I had sent a courier to mysore containing shoes and medicines to my friend’s parents. The item was delivered however shoes were missing and medicine boxes were opened. I enquired the courier Office from where I sent but they are not responding. The shoes were from USA and were worth 30000. Please do the needful
