I had couriered three sealed boxes of computer system via DTDC Courier on dt.14th Sept.2021 to my employer company at Airoli, Mumbai from DTDC office, Saidara, Padghe-421101,Tq. Bhiwandi, Dist-Thane. Weight, docket No. & valuation of system is 17kgs, D88570575 & 37092/- respectively. When I enquired about consignment to DTDC , they reported to have received three boxes at their DTDC office Mahape. However, two boxes containing monitors were delivered to my company on date 22nd Sept. 2021 & the box containing CPU( thin pad) with all accessories was declared lost on dt.21st Sept.2021 immediately after consignment was out for delivery as per tracking status. The DTDC official concerned are not picking up calls and nor replying to my email queries. My company confirmed the receipt of boxes containing the monitor and informed non-receipt of CPU & other accessories.
Please take up the matter with DTDC for either delivery of the remaining consignment or payment of the claim amount to my company.
