Realme TV service pending for two months

I bought REALME Smart TV 4K on 4th july 2021, it got screen problem on 2nd aug , I registered the complaint on same day, but till now there is no response from realme side i am asking and calling them on the customer care no. they keep telling they will call back , but they dont do. its been 2 months now i have asked them to replace it but still no response. Its like mental harassment.

But until 14th December they did not refund his money. His emails and telephone calls went in vain. Finally, he posted his complaint with ICF on 14-11-2016 and the matter was taken up with Yepme.
