I had returned my defected piece to snapdeal and it has been more than 20 days now and still i haven’t got the refund of my 461rs.
They just forward the same mail everyday that we will resolve the problem within in 48 hrs and this is been happening from last 15 days but their is no proper resolution of the problem
Refund was initiated on 3rd of july but now it 21st july and i still haven’t got my refund

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
