Regarding Jiomart Partial Grocery delivery for prepaid Order
I had ordered grocery on Jiomart App on 1st Nov 2023 with order number 16xxxxxx3A and was supposed to deliver in 2nd Nov 2023. They postponed delivery and delivered 10 out of 35 items on 4th Nov. I was missing major part of delivery and that is 25 items. This order was prepaid order.
Since then I called customer care and raised the complaint of missing items to them. They said missing items will be delivered within 2 days. Its been more than 10 days but I am only receiving new timeline from them but no delivery of missing order.
I have requested them to either deliver the items or cancel remaining items and process the refund for same. But they are not doing anything at all and just making wait for indefinate time without giving any solid answers.
