Cordelia Cruise, I having a horrible experience with them regarding my cruise package. I booked a package with them on 15th june 2023 by paying Rs.16,219 which was 25% of the total amount.
The package i booked was Mumbai-At Sea-Goa and sailing date was from 16th oct 2023 to 18th oct 2023. They said i have to pay the outstanding of Rs.48,656 in the month of august in order to confirm the booking otherwise it will be cancelled. They gave me a booking number which i tried to add in cordelia app however it shown error “this is an admin booking, please contact the person who created this booking”
From 20th aug 2023 they started sending me text messages reminding me about paying the outstanding amount by clicking on the given link, i tried that numeral times however that link was taking me to cordelia app and asking me to add booking, when i did that it shown me that same error message i mentioned above. Then i contacted Ms.Nxxxx Sxxxxxx again on 26th august 2023 which was the last date of the payment as per cordelia’s policy. She did not answer my calls so i sent her whats app message telling her about the issue and she replied me to send an email to cordelia’s support team on the given email address. I did the same and they sent me a link to make the payment, i made the balance payment of Rs.48,656 on 26th august 2023 and was informed that i will receive the confirmation with invoice and voucher on monday i.e 28th august 2023. On 30th august i checked my email and found an invoice and a voucher containing wrong package and other wrong info.
The voucher they sent me has the sailing date from 25th sep 2023 to 27th sep 2023 and its mumbai- at sea- kochi which is unbelievable. I have sent them numeral emails and contacted numeral times but she is giving me lame excuses that these dates will cover my marriage anniversary as i told her my marriage anniversary is on sep 26th and also they do not have any room available in 16th oct cruise. I have already booked flights from delhi to mumbai (one way) and goa to delhi(return) and they are saying that i have to adjust in sep 25th cruise.
What i want is give me an upgraded room as commited in 16th oct cruise if can’t then get my flights booked from delhi to mumbai(one way) and kochi to delhi(return) for 3 of us if can’t then give me a full refund of Rs. 64,875 plus compensation for wasting my precious time and ruining my vacation.
