I submitted my Philips mixer grinder at an authorized service center in India in early May due to a technical issue. It has now been over a month, and the product has neither been repaired nor returned. Every time I contact the service center, I am simply told to wait “4 more days,” with no actual progress or clarity.
I have made multiple follow-up calls, sent several emails, and even tagged Philips India and their senior executives on social media, but there has been no proper response or resolution. This has caused significant mental stress and inconvenience, as I rely on the product for daily use.
In addition to the emotional distress, I have incurred unexpected expenses by having to purchase alternative food or services, which I could have otherwise managed with the mixer.
I have also filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum and posted my grievance publicly across consumer platforms. Yet, there has been no action or acknowledgment from Philips.
