Wrong product delivered by Myntra but denied refund

I have ordered a navy blue BlackBerry Jean’s from myntra on 31 december,  it got delivered on 2nd Jan , but the product was wrong, it was a really disgusting  brown pant, then I immediately made a return request, but the delivery agent denied return pickup stating it was a different  product, then I filed a complaint on their customer service portal, since then it has been more then 10 days they are everytime  saying that wait for 24 more hours  and are returning  the product  and not initiating my refund amount, I have financial issues and still waiting for my money . Kindly help me as myntra customer service  is not responding and looking into my issue, please help me
So that such fraud will not occur ever again with innocent customers.
