Unable to make payment of credit card bill, need waiver

I’m using two credit cards from HDFC bank and SBI bank. Total outstanding amount about Rs.450000. I paid bills time to time. In covid 19 i lost my job form Ienergizer from Make my trip process. Now, I’m unable to pay the amount . Please help me to waive off the amount and active my credit cards with as given amount. If i’ll use the credit cards amount, I’ll sure pay the amount as per rules. Please do the needful.

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
