Complaint regarding services from Tikona

Even after bill payment tikona is sending bill for broadband connection with late charges even after stopped using service from 3 months. Now with additional late payment charges they are sending legal notice. They never delivered promised pack speed and service. Unprofessional and worst experience ever!!
