My PAN card was dispatched by Income Tax Department through Velex courier service on 27th July 2021. On the checking the status on 12 th August it is showing “ROAD/STREET/LANE NO. REQUIRED” for the last six days. The delivery agent called on 6th August requesting for live location and address, which was provided by me. However, the package was not delivered. The agent has been called many a times and every time he assures to deliver the same but to it is yet to be delivered. on 12th August, the agent was contacted again and he replied that he did not had the package.
Mail was sent to support[@]kerryindevexpress.com but no reply was received neither did the company attends the call to the no provided online 022 40420000.
Kindly look into this matter because the delivery partner is not doing its job in letter and spirit. The matter will further be taken up on Twitter tagging Velex, NSDL, Incometax and Ministry of Finance.
