Oyo rooms Paytm wallet link service. Value: 2000 Rs
I tried booking Oyo townhouse 842 Stay Inn on 22 September 2022 from Paytm wallet since the payment was deducted from wallet and on Oyo app its not showing anything rather than they just converted the money into Oyo money which is nothing but just a marketing strategy. After so many calls they did not respond to it and always gave me a cold answer that the money will be redirected into original payment method.

On 2 Nov 2022 i book a hotel on Oyo flagship35993 puppalaguda. After 10 min i cancelled it because my plane changed so after then they refused my money not on Paytm , in Oyo rupee. So i contacted there coustomer care 10 times and when I tell them that I want my money back to my bank account they say something and pay a song and says we are transferring your call to or whatever they sa and the transfer call no one’s picks up. So i want my money to be transferred to my bank account. Please help me sir/ma’am.
